I just wanted to contact you to let you know the brilliant job MCS are doing. Rob and Denise especially are great to work with.
Rob has been a massive support setting the contract up at Leicester as it was certainly a challenge but the support from Rob and everyone MCS has been highly appreciated.
Denise is also a great contact and does a great job at managing our contract on a day to day basis, she is always really approachable and helpful.
It has been a great decision moving our cleaning function to MCS and we look forward to bringing on the remaining 3 branches this year.
Can I just take this opportunity to say how very happy we are at South Charnwood High School in regards to the Cleaning Operatives. Numerous members of staff have made positive comments to me about both the existing contract cleaners and the new temporary cleaners.
Things are changing at the school, sometimes on a daily basis, which has resulted in changes to the where and when the cleaners can operate. This has been met with no issues with each cleaning operative being able to adapt at a moments notice.

The team did a fantastic job and the school looked and smelled amazing, classrooms were immaculate, the team did a brilliant job on the toilets and the floors have never been so bright and clean particularly in one toilet that has had stains on it for as long as I can remember, it looks almost brand new! I feel that everyone now understands fully what is required for the deep clean.
I had almost no involvement all week and had no complaints what so ever, with Samina’s management everyone seemed to be working so efficiently.
I have various compliments from visitors and contractors of how clean and tidy the site is.
