I just wanted to contact you to let you know the brilliant job MCS are doing. Rob and Denise especially are great to work with.

Rob has been a massive support setting the contract up at Leicester as it was certainly a challenge but the support from Rob and everyone MCS has been highly appreciated.

Denise is also a great contact and does a great job at managing our contract on a day to day basis, she is always really approachable and helpful.

It has been a great decision moving our cleaning function to MCS and we look forward to bringing on the remaining 3 branches this year.

The team providing an event cleaning service for us. We are an events agency - Clearwater Events - and recently managed an event for 1000 guests in a festival setting. From beginning to end, all areas of our event were sparkling clean and the crew delivered an incredible job. Delighted to work with them and will use the team again.

Can I just take this opportunity to say how very happy we are at South Charnwood High School in regards to the Cleaning Operatives. Numerous members of staff have made positive comments to me about both the existing contract cleaners and the new temporary cleaners.

Things are changing at the school, sometimes on a daily basis, which has resulted in changes to the where and when the cleaners can operate. This has been met with no issues with each cleaning operative being able to adapt at a moments notice.

Please could you pass on my thanks to each cleaning operative.

The team did a fantastic job and the school looked and smelled amazing, classrooms were immaculate, the team did a brilliant job on the toilets and the floors have never been so bright and clean particularly in one toilet that has had stains on it for as long as I can remember, it looks almost brand new! I feel that everyone now understands fully what is required for the deep clean.

I had almost no involvement all week and had no complaints what so ever, with Samina’s management everyone seemed to be working so efficiently.

I have various compliments from visitors and contractors of how clean and tidy the site is.

I would like to take time out to formally put in writing my sincere gratitude to the cleaning staff that have been working with us at all our sites during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

With the responsibility of ensuring that ALL of our sites achieve and maintain a high standard of hygiene – I can say that, with the services of your cleaners, I have every confidence that we are meeting and exceeding that goal.

In particular, I cannot sing the praises enough for both Sue and Ellie May. Nothing is too much trouble – the positive attitude, the thoroughness, attention to detail (on several occasions toothbrushes for the hard to reach areas were deployed !) and commitment these ladies have is truly outstanding. Their communication, work rate and proactive attitude is a credit to them and ultimately your Company.

As you know these are difficult times and our company is having to consolidate and rationalise. My responsibilities in helping to effect those changes as well as all the Health & Safety and pandemic issues mean that my time is precious and thanks to Sue and Ellie May in particular I have the confidence that the hygiene requirements are being more than met; allowing me to allocate time to pressing issues of the day (and even hour !)

In your industry your company is only as good as it’s cleaners – with people like this moving forward you will be assured of success.

I am very happy at the way MCS has delivered the cleaning and hygiene activity at the James Jones and Sons (Pallets & Packaging) Ltd site at Bardon Hill since taking over this contract in August 2019.

A major part of the success of the contract has been your Cleaning Operative Ton who has cleaned our areas to a high standard and is always happy in her work.

She is a credit to your organisation and we are very happy to consider her part of “our key Team”

We employed MCS to carry out external cleaning of both of our Toyota dealerships, despite some challenges MCS did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
